The Michigan State Championship was held on June 20th to June 23rd 2013 at the beautiful Bald Mountain Shooting Range, located in Lake Orion, Michigan.
Professional shooter, instructor and range owner Pat Lieske showed the 241 shooters that attended the Michigan State Championship a superb shooting experience.
Targets were set by Dan Bailey, Vince Lori and Pat Lieske and offered a wide variety of challenge over rolling and wooded terrain.
Trappers and referees appeared well trained and the Bald Mountain Staff kept the machines running flawlessly.
You can always count on Pat and his Michigan Shooting Centres staff to set the highest standard for shooter experience to include first rate organization and all the little amenities, like cold bottled water, fresh fruit, energy bars and even ice cream delivered to each stand.
For those that stayed to the end for the awards, they were treated to a whole barbequed pig with all the trimmings.
It just doesn't get any better than this!
Looking over the results, it is obvious that not only were NSCA Canada shooters well represented, they performed extremely well over all the classes.
